Shannon Cutler  continues to harass, intimidate, and stalk a 77-year-old woman and an 83-year-old man who live across the street from him. Even though the authorities refuse to intervene, these neighbors shouldn't have to spend their money on a lawyer just to live out the few years they have left in peace. Recently, when Shannon came home and saw the elderly woman bringing in her groceries, he sat on his porch and stared at them deliberately to make them uncomfortable until they went inside. Shannon Cutler  is unlawfully entering his neighbor's property. He is trespassing in the area between the neighbor's garage and his own privacy fence to mow a lawn that is not his. UNLAWFUL ENTRY

Shannon Cutler was recently seen parking his vehicle directly on his own front lawn for the past 2 days. This action stands in sharp contrast to his ongoing habit of taking pictures of his neighbors whenever they park on their lawn, which he then uses to report them to the city. Shannon, since you have been let go from your job and are home all day, you are already in a position to see or hear anyone outside. SEVEN cameras, 4 on the porch, one on the privacy fence on the right behind the tree, one on the front of the garage,  and one on the side. Apparently,  someone is after him . The Karma Train has officially arrived!  Shannon Cutler  was fired on Friday, January 30, 2026. Under the cover of darkness, he moved his toolbox and other belongings to his mommy's place.  Then, last night, he unloaded the rest of the items from his SUV (license plate MILON3R ) into his garage. ​True to form, he stood at the fence crying and whining to Bobby Patterson —those two really are two peas in a pod.  Shannon is, and always has been, the brokest "MILON3R" in Portsmouth who simply cannot hold down a job! I observed  Shannon Cutler  taking photographs of the next-door neighbors' vehicles parked in their front yard. Shannon  and  Melisa Cutler were previously instructed to cease all contact with us; however, they have refused to comply. They harassed my mother while she was assisting our out-of-town family friends by tending to their trash cans and packages. A video of the incident is attached.  Video 

Video Here  This is how Shannon Cutler  reacts whenever I did anything near the property line in my own yard. He flies home from work as if I was damaging his property. He does this to everyone; a few months ago, a man pulled into his driveway just to knock on a neighbor’s door.  Shannon flew home and drove up to his truck in a T-bone with his own vehicle. He then blocked the man from even closing his door, getting right in his face. He is unstable! ​Now, he’s targeting this delivery driver, who is likely just learning the app and focusing on timing and accuracy. New drivers often miss porch signs until they get more experience, but ' Mr. Unstable Bully ' flew home in a rage just because a package was left on the porch instead of in a box. Porch pirates know where to look regardless. If you want specific delivery instructions, put them in the driver’s notes! This man needs help.  

Shannon Cutler  has four cameras pointed at us, watching our every move. ROFL! Between the privacy fence , the doorbell , the light bulb , and the two on the garage , he’s obsessed. The residents at 4312 Deep Creek Blvd , the Cutlers, frequently park their vehicles on the lawn. Despite this daily habit, they have attempted to report neighbors for the same violation.
