SEVERE PARANOIA, 4312 Deep Creek Blvd


Shannon  and Melisa Cutler have installed yet another security camera Video Here where the right arrow is pointing. This level of paranoia is excessive. Shannon, since you have been let go from your job and are home all day, you are already in a position to see or hear anyone outside. SEVEN cameras, 4 on the porch, one on the privacy fence on the right behind the tree, one on the front of the garage,  and one on the side. Apparently,  someone is after him. Maybe if he wasn't so hateful to people. He would not have so many problems. 

​It seems both of them could benefit from professional help. The only people who visit their home are delivery drivers; meanwhile, they frequently trespass on everyone else’s property whenever they feel like it.

​This is a phone recording of Shannon Cutler , a Maaco employee , admitting to calling repeatedly before asking, "Are you even a real lawyer?"   Voicemail  757-406-2558 Shannon stated in the voicemail that I had to leave my home because a tree fell on it. That was a lie. In reality, a tree limb became stuck on the roof. I had to sell the home before it was foreclosed on due to missing work after suffering an anaphylactic reaction to an antibiotic I was given. The reaction caused seizures , and I nearly lost my life three times.

Verbal Threats, 4312 Deep Creek Blvd

​As you can see in this security camera footage, I pulled into the driveway while Shannon Cutler , a Maaco employee , was standing between two trash cans beside the garage of Barbara Patterson , a Walmart employee . As soon as I exited my vehicle,  Shannon began yelling, "Hey, leave my family alone, bitch! You are going to get yours!" ​Immediately after entering my home, I called the police. An officer eventually called me back, but he stated that  Shannon had already called with a different version of events. The officer told me I was free to seek a restraining order , but claimed  Shannon's actions were protected by " freedom of speech ." He dismissively told me that he "cannot arrest everyone who says they are going to bonk you on the head." ​I tried to explain that this situation is far more serious than a simple threat.  Shannon had already attempted to hit me with his car back in April. The residents at 4312 Deep Creek Blvd , the Cutlers, frequently park their vehicles on the lawn. Despite this daily habit, they have attempted to report neighbors for the same violation.
