Harassing Lawyer Who Sent Cease and Desist, 4312 Deep Creek Blvd

​This is a phone recording of Shannon Cutler , a Maaco employee, admitting to calling repeatedly before asking, "Are you even a real lawyer?"

Shannon stated in the voicemail that I had to leave my home because a tree fell on it. That was a lie. In reality, a tree limb became stuck on the roof. I had to sell the home before it was foreclosed on due to missing work after suffering an anaphylactic reaction to an antibiotic I was given. The reaction caused seizures, and I nearly lost my life three times.

​As you can see in this security camera footage, I pulled into the driveway while Shannon Cutler , a Maaco employee , was standing between two trash cans beside the garage of Barbara Patterson , a Walmart employee . As soon as I exited my vehicle,  Shannon began yelling, "Hey, leave my family alone, bitch! You are going to get yours!" ​Immediately after entering my home, I called the police. An officer eventually called me back, but he stated that  Shannon had already called with a different version of events. The officer told me I was free to seek a restraining order , but claimed  Shannon's actions were protected by " freedom of speech ." The residents at 4312 Deep Creek Blvd , the Cutlers, frequently park their vehicles on the lawn. Despite this daily habit, they have attempted to report neighbors for the same violation.
