Shannon Cutler Verbally Attacking My 82 Year Old Father, 4312 Deep Creek Blvd

Image
Video Murderer Assault With A Deadly Weapon Voicemail Video Here Taking Pictures of our Property Documentation for C&D The city recently placed a notice on a stake in front of Shannon Cutler's  house. When he arrived home, he immediately began screaming across the street at my 82-year-old father, who was simply using his lawn tractor to collect leaves. Despite my father being deaf and the mower being loud,  Shannon continued to yell, claiming that my mother and I have been harassing his family for eight years and that he is "sick of it." His accusations are absurd. He claims we are sending him texts, taking photos with a security camera that cannot even see his backyard, and calling the city using the names of various neighbors. I would love to know how my mother and I managed to disguise our voices as men, or how we gained access to everyone’s private email accounts and phone numbers to file those mandatory online reports. We couldn’t even see his backyard befo...

False Allegations, 4312 Deep Creek Blvd

Image
There has been one unsubstantiated, false allegation after another. I am certain I don’t even know them all. However, on October 22, 2025, we went to court regarding one of these false claims, and the case against me was dismissed. While on the stand, Shannon Cutler , a Maaco employee, handed the bailiff a scrap of yellow legal paper. It wasn't a full sheet or even a clean half-sheet; it was a ragged, torn-off bottom corner. The judge read it, passed it to my attorney, and then instructed the bailiff to return it to Shannon .  Shannon insisted, “But I want her to have it.” The judge firmly replied, “We are not here for that. We are only here for the merits of this specific case.” After the trial, my attorney took me aside and asked if I knew that  Shannon had murdered someone. I told him I did. My attorney then explained that the note was  Shannon's attempt to justify his actions: he wrote that if I only understood why he committed murder, I would be "nicer...

Verbal Threats, 4312 Deep Creek Blvd

Image
As you can see in this security camera footage, I pulled into the driveway while Shannon Cutler , a Maaco employee , was standing between two trash cans beside the garage of Barbara Patterson , a Walmart employee . As soon as I exited my vehicle,  Shannon began yelling, "Hey, leave my family alone, bitch! You are going to get yours!" Immediately after entering my home, I called the police. An officer eventually called me back, but he stated that  Shannon had already called with a different version of events. The officer told me I was free to seek a restraining order , but claimed  Shannon's actions were protected by " freedom of speech ." He dismissively told me that he "cannot arrest everyone who says they are going to bonk you on the head." I tried to explain that this situation is far more serious than a simple threat.  Shannon had already attempted to hit me with his car back in April. We have issued a cease and desist and taken him to cou...

Taking Pictures of Our Property, 4312 Deep Creek Blvd

Image
https://failureoftheppd.blogspot.com/2025/11/ironic.html On October 11, 2025 , I returned to my residence and observed Shannon Cutler , an employee of Maaco , taking pictures of the premises.   Image here My dad was parked on the grass beside the driveway.  So Shannon Cutler reported it to the city.  They came on October 23, 2025, and hung a door hanger on our door.  My mother found it in the flower bed when she went to get the mail.  She called the city and found out a recent ordinance had been made.  We didn't know.  At that time, she told the person on the phone that this is an old neighborhood and most people have more than one car these days, and there isn't any place for people to park, especially on Deep Creek Blvd , and if you have company.  Also, the buses come around the corner and need room to swing wide and we don't want our cars to be hit. She also stated that we knew who had done it because we had seen him taking the pictures....

Stalking, 4312 Deep Creek Blvd

Image
I am unable to leave or return to my home without Shannon Cutler , a Maaco employee , yelling at me. For example, after receiving the cease and desist letter , he shouted at me as I arrived home, claiming that we "weren't going to do a thing" about his behavior. On October 15, 2025, while I was attempting to finish my mother's flower beds, I noticed a shift in their usual routine. Typically, when they arrive home, they go straight inside. However, on this day, Barbara Patterson apparently texted them to alert them that I was outside. Upon their arrival, she came over, and they all proceeded to stare at me in a clear attempt at stalking, harassment, and intimidation while I tried to work. Furthermore, whenever I attempt to do any yard work,  Shannon Cutler will return home during his lunch break. Instead of entering his house as he usually does, he deliberately maneuvers his car to face me and stares.

Criminal Tresspassing, 4312 Deep Creek Blvd

Image
On June 16, 2025, Shannon Cutler , a Maaco employee , trespassed onto our property. He remained for seven minutes, pacing between the front and side doors while incessantly ringing the doorbell and knocking, effectively harassing my elderly parents . He had already been instructed multiple times—both verbally and in writing—never to enter the property again.   Video Here  My elderly parents are not going to open the door to man who has tried to run their daughter over with his car .  Video here My mother called  Officer Henderson  to the scene and requested that he formally remind  Shannon to stay away. She explained that he refused to leave us alone and had even ignored a  cease an d desist letter  I had previously issued. Officer Henderson advised my mother that I should take the cease and desist to the  magistrate  to request a  restraining order , noting that she would need to accompany me since she is the property own...

Harassment, 4312 Deep Creek Blvd

Image
After we filed charges, Shannon Cutler —a Maaco employee—began a campaign to prove he would not be told what to do. Despite his own previous claims that he "doesn't have time to talk to neighbors," and having only spoken to Barbara Patterson in the ten years he has lived here, he has suddenly decided to go around the neighborhood slandering our family to everyone. Furthermore, he has taken to standing at the edge of our driveway or property line in a clear attempt to provoke us through harassment and intimidation. Since receiving the cease and desist letter , he has been across the street more often than in the entire decade he has lived there. In fact, the only times he ever crossed the street previously were to harass my parents or to blame them for a call made to the city, shortly after he had already come over to blame me. As the saying goes, " birds of a feather flock together " regarding his alliance with Barbara Patterson. Image 1 Video 1   Image 2 V...

Assault With A Deadly Weapon/Attempted Murder, 4312 Deep Creek Blvd

Image
When I lived next door to them, I never felt safe. I couldn't even take out the trash or mow the lawn without keeping my cellphone in my hand. No one should have to live in such a state of constant fear. Late one night, while working on my laptop, I had my security camera app open—as has been my habit for over two years. I realized I had forgotten to move my car from the street to the driveway. At the time, Shannon’s wife, Melisa Cutler (an O'Reilly Auto Parts employee), worked nights, and  Shannon would often drive around until she returned home. Seeing that he had just driven down our side street, I ran outside to quickly move my car, but in my haste, I forgot my phone. I didn't even make it past the sidewalk. As I walked around my father’s Jeep,  Shannon spotted me and deliberately maneuvered his vehicle into my path. If you use the tree in the footage as a reference point, you can see his headlights stop as he blocked my way, refusing to move toward the stop si...

Harassing Lawyer Who Sent Cease and Desist, 4312 Deep Creek Blvd

Image
This is a phone recording of Shannon Cutler , a Maaco employee , admitting to calling repeatedly before asking, "Are you even a real lawyer?"   Voicemail  757-406-2558 Shannon stated in the voicemail that I had to leave my home because a tree fell on it. That was a lie. In reality, a tree limb became stuck on the roof. I had to sell the home before it was foreclosed on due to missing work after suffering an anaphylactic reaction to an antibiotic I was given. The reaction caused seizures , and I nearly lost my life three times.

Cease And Desist, 4312 Deep Creek Blvd

Image
I was forced to sell my home after suffering an onset of seizures caused by an anaphylactic reaction to antibiotics . The resulting medical issues caused me to miss a significant amount of work, leading me to fall behind on my mortgage. To prevent foreclosure, I chose to sell the property. The seizures began in November 2024 and persisted until the end of January 2025 . The anti-seizure medication I was prescribed had severe side effects ; it caused me to stutter and struggle to find my words, leaving me feeling like a vegetable. In an effort to regain my vocabulary, I played word games on my phone, eventually deciding to stop taking the medication entirely. Once I began to feel somewhat human again, I went outside to clean out my old car in preparation to sell it. While I was working, Shannon Cutler , a Maaco employee , drove by and saw me. After picking up his lunch, instead of entering his home as he normally would, he deliberately spun his car around to face me. He sat the...
