Criminal Tresspassing, 4312 Deep Creek Blvd
On June 16, 2025, Shannon Cutler , a Maaco employee, trespassed onto our property. He remained for seven minutes, pacing between the front and side doors while incessantly ringing the doorbell and knocking, effectively harassing my elderly parents. He had already been instructed multiple times—both verbally and in writing—never to enter the property again. My mother called Officer Henderson to the scene and requested that he formally remind Shannon to stay away. She explained that he refused to leave us alone and had even ignored a cease an
d desist letter I had previously issued. Officer Henderson advised my mother that I should take the cease and desist to the magistrate to request a restraining order, noting that she would need to accompany me since she is the property owner.
The following day, we went to the magistrate’s office. Despite reporting that Shannon had previously used his vehicle to threaten me, our request for a restraining order was denied. The magistrate claimed I was not in "imminent danger" and would only allow a charge of criminal trespassing.
When the case went to court, the judge dismissed the charge. This outcome has only served to empower Shannon , making him feel untouchable—a sentiment that, at this point, feels absolutely true.
