The city recently placed a notice on a stake in front of Shannon Cutler's house. When he arrived home, he immediately began screaming across the street at my 82-year-old father, who was simply using his lawn tractor to collect leaves. Despite my father being deaf and the mower being loud, Shannon continued to yell, claiming that my mother and I have been harassing his family for eight years and that he is "sick of it."
His accusations are absurd. He claims we are sending him texts, taking photos with a security camera that cannot even see his backyard, and calling the city using the names of various neighbors. I would love to know how my mother and I managed to disguise our voices as men, or how we gained access to everyone’s private email accounts and phone numbers to file those mandatory online reports. We couldn’t even see his backyard before the fence was up, let alone now!
Furthermore, Shannon claims we are texting him, yet we don't even have his phone number. Trust me—if we did, he would have ours, and he would be harassing us with calls and texts that I would have already posted here.
Shannon Cutler , we are finished with your malicious lies and false allegations. You are completely unhinged and clearly need professional help. Attempting to use a year-and-a-half-old cellphone photo from neighbor.report as "evidence" of a city report is a joke. I even had Officer Henderson go into my attic to prove your claims were false. (Police Report #2924-009356).
