Cease And Desist, 4312 Deep Creek Blvd

I was forced to sell my home after suffering an onset of seizures caused by an anaphylactic reaction to antibiotics. The resulting medical issues caused me to miss a significant amount of work, leading me to fall behind on my mortgage. To prevent foreclosure, I chose to sell the property. The seizures began in November 2024 and persisted until the end of January 2025.

The anti-seizure medication I was prescribed had severe side effects; it caused me to stutter and struggle to find my words, leaving me feeling like a vegetable. In an effort to regain my vocabulary, I played word games on my phone, eventually deciding to stop taking the medication entirely.

Once I began to feel somewhat human again, I went outside to clean out my old car in preparation to sell it. While I was working, Shannon Cutler , a Maaco employee, drove by and saw me. After picking up his lunch, instead of entering his home as he normally would, he deliberately spun his car around to face me. He sat there staring, clearly attempting to harass and intimidate me while I worked. Given everything I had already endured while living next to them, I decided that this was the final straw.
