Details: While seated on her front porch with her mother, Ms. Cutler directed offensive hand gestures (specifically, a double middle finger) at neighboring residents. The individuals targeted were inside their home and had not initiated any contact or conflict. Pattern of Behavior: This incident is part of an ongoing pattern of unprovoked harassment directed at the neighbors by both Ms. Cutler and her husband. Impact: As a store manager representing a major national brand, Ms. Cutler’s public behavior reflects poorly on the values and customer service standards expected of O'Reilly Auto Parts leadership. This unprofessional conduct raises serious concerns about her judgment and interpersonal skills.

​As you can see in this security camera footage, I pulled into the driveway while Shannon Cutler , a Maaco employee , was standing between two trash cans beside the garage of Barbara Patterson , a Walmart employee . As soon as I exited my vehicle,  Shannon began yelling, "Hey, leave my family alone, bitch! You are going to get yours!" ​Immediately after entering my home, I called the police. An officer eventually called me back, but he stated that  Shannon had already called with a different version of events. The officer told me I was free to seek a restraining order , but claimed  Shannon's actions were protected by " freedom of speech ." He dismissively told me that he "cannot arrest everyone who says they are going to bonk you on the head." ​I tried to explain that this situation is far more serious than a simple threat.  Shannon had already attempted to hit me with his car back in April.
