​Record of Ongoing Harassment and Stalking by Shannon Cutler

Shannon Cutler  continues to harass, intimidate, and stalk a 77-year-old woman and an 83-year-old man who live across the street from him. Even though the authorities refuse to intervene, these neighbors shouldn't have to spend their money on a lawyer just to live out the few years they have left in peace. Recently, when Shannon came home and saw the elderly woman bringing in her groceries, he sat on his porch and stared at them deliberately to make them uncomfortable until they went inside.

​This is a phone recording of Shannon Cutler , a Maaco employee , admitting to calling repeatedly before asking, "Are you even a real lawyer?"   Voicemail  757-406-2558 Shannon stated in the voicemail that I had to leave my home because a tree fell on it. That was a lie. In reality, a tree limb became stuck on the roof. I had to sell the home before it was foreclosed on due to missing work after suffering an anaphylactic reaction to an antibiotic I was given. The reaction caused seizures , and I nearly lost my life three times.

Verbal Threats, 4312 Deep Creek Blvd

​As you can see in this security camera footage, I pulled into the driveway while Shannon Cutler , a Maaco employee , was standing between two trash cans beside the garage of Barbara Patterson , a Walmart employee . As soon as I exited my vehicle,  Shannon began yelling, "Hey, leave my family alone, bitch! You are going to get yours!" ​Immediately after entering my home, I called the police. An officer eventually called me back, but he stated that  Shannon had already called with a different version of events. The officer told me I was free to seek a restraining order , but claimed  Shannon's actions were protected by " freedom of speech ." He dismissively told me that he "cannot arrest everyone who says they are going to bonk you on the head." ​I tried to explain that this situation is far more serious than a simple threat.  Shannon had already attempted to hit me with his car back in April. The residents at 4312 Deep Creek Blvd , the Cutlers, frequently park their vehicles on the lawn. Despite this daily habit, they have attempted to report neighbors for the same violation.
