Video Here This is how Shannon Cutler  reacts whenever I did anything near the property line in my own yard. He flies home from work as if I was damaging his property. He does this to everyone; a few months ago, a man pulled into his driveway just to knock on a neighbor’s door. Shannon flew home and drove up to his truck in a T-bone with his own vehicle. He then blocked the man from even closing his door, getting right in his face. He is unstable!

​Now, he’s targeting this delivery driver, who is likely just learning the app and focusing on timing and accuracy. New drivers often miss porch signs until they get more experience, but 'Mr. Unstable Bully' flew home in a rage just because a package was left on the porch instead of in a box. Porch pirates know where to look regardless. If you want specific delivery instructions, put them in the driver’s notes! This man needs help.

​This is a phone recording of Shannon Cutler , a Maaco employee , admitting to calling repeatedly before asking, "Are you even a real lawyer?"   Voicemail  757-406-2558 Shannon stated in the voicemail that I had to leave my home because a tree fell on it. That was a lie. In reality, a tree limb became stuck on the roof. I had to sell the home before it was foreclosed on due to missing work after suffering an anaphylactic reaction to an antibiotic I was given. ​As you can see in this security camera footage, I pulled into the driveway while Shannon Cutler , a Maaco employee , was standing between two trash cans beside the garage of Barbara Patterson , a Walmart employee . As soon as I exited my vehicle,  Shannon began yelling, "Hey, leave my family alone, bitch! You are going to get yours!" ​Immediately after entering my home, I called the police. An officer eventually called me back, but he stated that  Shannon had already called with a different version of events. The officer told me I was free to seek a restraining order , but claimed  Shannon's actions were protected by " freedom of speech ." He dismissively told me that he "cannot arrest everyone who says they are going to bonk you on the head." ​I tried to explain that this situation is far more serious than a simple threat.  Shannon had already attempted to hit me with his car back in April. The residents at 4312 Deep Creek Blvd , the Cutlers, frequently park their vehicles on the lawn. Despite this daily habit, they have attempted to report neighbors for the same violation.
