Failure To Aid - Family In Crisis

  Shannon Cutler  parked in his front yard today.   ​ Melisa  and Shannon Cutler , you have been told repeatedly by my legal counsel, my parents, and me to leave us alone. Your refusal to stop this harassment is unacceptable. We do not care what you have to say, and we do not want to hear from you or any messengers you send. Be aware that we have cameras installed and are documenting everything. Stop contacting us immediately. Harassment   Have NO TRESPASSING plastered all over their property,  but trample onto everybody's property out here anytime they feel like it!

Shannon  and Melisa  Cutler have installed yet another security camera Video Here where the right arrow is pointing. This level of paranoia is excessive. Shannon, since you have been let go from your job and are home all day, you are already in a position to see or hear anyone outside. SEVEN cameras, 4 on the porch, one on the privacy fence on the right behind the tree, one on the front of the garage,  and one on the side. Apparently,  someone is after him . Maybe if he wasn't so hateful to people . He would not have so many problems.  ​It seems both of them could benefit from professional help . The only people who visit their home are delivery drivers ; meanwhile, they frequently trespass on everyone else’s property whenever they feel like it.

The Karma Train has officially arrived!  Shannon Cutler  was fired on Friday, January 30, 2026. Under the cover of darkness, he moved his toolbox and other belongings to his mommy's place.  Then, last night, he unloaded the rest of the items from his SUV (license plate MILON3R ) into his garage. ​True to form, he stood at the fence crying and whining to Bobby Patterson —those two really are two peas in a pod.  Shannon is, and always has been, the brokest "MILON3R" in Portsmouth who simply cannot hold down a job! I observed  Shannon Cutler  taking photographs of the next-door neighbors' vehicles parked in their front yard. He previously engaged in similar behavior toward us; we were unaware that this was an issue until we noticed him taking pictures of our property .   Video Here The situation is described in more detail here:  https:failureoftgeppd blogspot.com/2025/10/taking=pictures-of-our-property.html Shortly after the incident, we received a notice from the city  Based on what we have seen, he appears to report various households in the neighborhood and has, on multiple occasions, suggested to others that my mother and I were responsible for those reports.

Shannon  and  Melisa Cutler were previously instructed to cease all contact with us; however, they have refused to comply. They harassed my mother while she was assisting our out-of-town family friends by tending to their trash cans and packages. A video of the incident is attached.  Video
